PM Modi Assures Smooth Pilgrimage Experience for Pandharpur Wari Participants

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a gathered crowd in Mumbai today, highlighting the government’s efforts to ensure a seamless journey for devotees participating in the annual Pandharpur Wari pilgrimage. This pilgrimage holds immense cultural and spiritual significance, drawing millions of devotees from Maharashtra and beyond to pay homage to Lord Vithoba.

PM Modi reiterated the NDA government’s commitment to facilitating a smooth pilgrimage experience, particularly along the Sant Dnyaneshwar Palkhi Marg and the Sant Tukaram Palkhi Marg routes. He announced substantial progress in the construction of these routes, with the Sant Dnyaneshwar Palkhi Marg nearing completion over nearly 200 kilometers and significant strides made on the Sant Tukaram Palkhi Marg as well.

The Prime Minister emphasized that these infrastructure developments are aimed at providing essential facilities and ensuring the safety and comfort of pilgrims throughout their journey.
