Commuters Push for Vande Bharat Express on Ernakulam-Bengaluru Route

Date:

Commuters traveling between Ernakulam and Bengaluru are voicing their demand for a Vande Bharat Express service on this crucial route. With two Vande Bharat Express rakes originally allocated to Kerala now stationed outside the state, passengers are persistently urging authorities to address their connectivity needs.

The situation has escalated due to a shortage of platforms at Ernakulam Junction and KSR Bengaluru stations. In response, the Railways is considering the possibility of extending the Vande Bharat service to the Kottayam-Baiyyapanahalli corridor. If implemented, this move would not only alleviate platform congestion but also enhance travel options for passengers in the region.

The Vande Bharat Express, known for its high speed and modern amenities, has become a symbol of efficient rail travel. As discussions continue, travelers eagerly await a decision that could significantly improve their daily commute.
