Bengaluru: Karnataka BJP President BY Vijayendra Predicts CM’s Resignation Amid Controversy

Date:

Karnataka BJP President BY Vijayendra has made a bold statement regarding the political situation in the state, asserting that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will resign “any moment.” In a recent press conference, Vijayendra accused the CM of creating confusion to secure his position, saying, “To save his seat, he is trying to create all this confusion.”

Vijayendra pointed to two significant issues that he believes reflect the CM’s desperate attempts to maintain power. Firstly, he criticized the government’s move to implement a caste census, suggesting that it is a strategy to appease certain voter bases. Secondly, he condemned a recent cabinet decision to withdraw cases against individuals involved in the 2022 Hubballi riots, labeling them as “anti-social and anti-national elements.” He noted that these cases are still under investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

The BJP leader’s comments come amid rising tensions in Karnataka politics, with the opposition party accusing the ruling government of prioritizing political survival over public safety and justice. As the political landscape continues to evolve, all eyes remain on Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and his next moves in this high-stakes environment.
