Amit Shah Inaugurates Vishweshathirtha Memorial Hospital in Bengaluru

Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the Vishweshathirtha Memorial Hospital, a modern healthcare facility aimed at providing free treatment for the poor in Bengaluru. Speaking at the ceremony, he praised the initiative and its long-term impact on public health in Karnataka.

“I am happy that this modern center of free treatment for the poor, in the heart of Bengaluru, the central part of Karnataka, will serve the people for years. For this, I want to congratulate all the people of the mutt,” Amit Shah said.

The hospital, built in memory of Vishweshathirtha Swamiji, is expected to cater to thousands of underprivileged patients annually, offering advanced medical care at no cost. The inauguration event saw the presence of several dignitaries, including state leaders, healthcare professionals, and members of the Pejawar Mutt.

Shah emphasized the importance of accessible healthcare and reaffirmed the central government’s commitment to improving medical infrastructure across India. The new hospital is seen as a significant step towards achieving affordable and quality healthcare for all in Karnataka.
