New Delhi — Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing the Rising Bharat Summit 2025, emphasized a transformative shift in India’s governance model — from appeasement politics to inclusive development, highlighting his government’s commitment to justice, equality, and empowerment for all communities.
He hailed the historic reform in Waqf law, calling it a significant step towards ensuring the rights and dignity of marginalized Muslims. “This is not just a legal reform, but a move towards justice for those who were long denied fairness in the name of politics,” PM Modi said.
The Prime Minister also celebrated the growing role of democratic participation in policymaking, stating that inclusive governance now lies at the heart of India’s progress. He reiterated that the government remains focused on empowering every citizen, regardless of background, as part of the broader vision for Viksit Bharat 2047.
“This is the new India — where progress is not limited to a few, but shared by all,” he concluded.
