India United Against Terrorism: Shobha Karandlaje Slams Pakistan’s Ceasefire Violations

Date:

Bengaluru – Union Minister Shobha Karandlaje on Monday strongly condemned Pakistan’s role in recent terrorist activities, asserting that the country has once again proven itself untrustworthy. Her remarks come in the backdrop of the Pahalgam terror attack and ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan amid Operation Sindoor.

Speaking to reporters, Karandlaje said, “India is fighting terrorism. Pakistan sent terrorists to Pahalgam, where innocent people were killed simply for their religion. Our jawans and the Government of India retaliated. Today, we must stand united with the country.”

Reiterating the importance of national solidarity, she added, “We stand with the country, with the Government, and with our armed forces. A strong message of unity must go out to the world.”

Karandlaje sharply criticized Pakistan, accusing it of consistently violating ceasefire agreements and exporting terrorism rather than innovation or development. “Pakistan is not a trustworthy country. They are not exporting technology or progress, only terrorists. That’s why the world stands against them,” she said.

Her statement aligns with a growing chorus from Indian political leaders expressing unwavering support for the armed forces and calling for global awareness of Pakistan’s actions. The Government of India, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, has launched Operation Sindoor as a counter-terror strategy following the Pahalgam and Pulwama attacks.

The minister emphasized that unity in the face of external threats is the need of the hour, urging citizens to support national efforts against terrorism.
