Union Minister G Kishan Reddy Leads Unity March in Hyderabad to Mark Sardar Patel’s 150th Birth Anniversary

Hyderabad, Telangana: Union Minister G Kishan Reddy, along with Telangana BJP Chief N Ramchander Rao, participated in the Unity March held in Hyderabad to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, India’s first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister.

The march, organised as part of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations, witnessed enthusiastic participation from citizens, party workers, and youth, all joining to pay tribute to the “Iron Man of India.”

Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister Reddy said that Sardar Patel’s vision and leadership were instrumental in uniting more than 500 princely states into one nation, laying the foundation of modern India. He added that the spirit of unity and integrity that Patel stood for continues to guide the nation under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Telangana BJP Chief N Ramchander Rao echoed similar sentiments, stating that the Unity March symbolises India’s strength in diversity and collective resolve toward national progress.

The event also featured cultural performances, patriotic songs, and messages highlighting the importance of national integration. Across Telangana, similar events were organised to mark the occasion and spread the message of Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat.
