PM Modi emphasised India’s efforts to share its development experiences with partner countries, particularly in areas such as digital public infrastructure, innovation, and capacity building. He noted that India has consistently promoted the use of open-source platforms and affordable technology solutions to help developing nations accelerate growth and improve governance.

Highlighting cooperation among Commonwealth countries, the Prime Minister said India believes in collective progress and mutual learning. He stressed that empowering partner nations through knowledge-sharing and technology transfer is essential for building resilient and self-reliant societies.
