Amit Shah Inaugurates New Multi-Agency Centre at North Block, Hails Operation Sindoor

New Delhi — Union Home Minister Amit Shah today inaugurated the newly upgraded Multi-Agency Centre (MAC) at North Block, a key intelligence coordination hub under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

During the inauguration, Shah highlighted the importance of coordinated intelligence in national security and praised Operation Sindoor, calling it a symbol of India’s growing strategic strength.

“Operation Sindoor is a unique symbol of Prime Minister Modi’s strong political will, the accurate intelligence of our agencies, and the impeccable strike capability of our three armed forces,” Shah said.

The new MAC facility is designed to further streamline intelligence sharing among various security and intelligence agencies, strengthening India’s counter-terrorism and national defense capabilities.
